The District Educational Officers & Ex–Officio Project Coordinators, Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the Central Government has introduced a new centrally sponsored scheme of PM SHRI (PM Schools for Rising India) scheme, which was approved by the cabinet with a view to develop an understanding about the PM SHRI scheme and its components,
As part of the implementation of the programme, with reference 1st and 2nd cited the state and districts have constituted committees for the effective implementation of the scheme.
Certain Guidelines for Effective implementation of Scheme:
- DEOs should act District Nodal Officer for PM SHRI schools and AMOs shall assist to DEOs for the monitoring the schools.
- DEOs shall long in the PM SHRI Portal trough mobile number as per the manual (Annexure)
- State has opened the portal and found that 13455 schools are identified as eligible to be selected as PM SHRI Schools based on prescribed minimum bench – marking parameters through UDISE + DATA 2021-22.
- To issue instructions to these 13455 schools will log in the PM SHRI portal and fill the required information in the portal for approval.(Self Apply) for participation in the Challenge Method. (Annexure).
- Once the application is submitted by the schools, the schools that have scored minimum 70% in Urban areas and Minimum 60% in rural areas will automatically be reflected to the login of District Nodal Officer (DNO) in the
- District Nodal Officer (DNO) to verify the schools details based on onsite/online inspection of details shared by the schools carefully and as per the verification protocols.
- After proper verification at the district level, the DNO will send block wise list of short listed schools to the State/UT along with proper justification in 100-200 words for each school (shortlisted and Non Shortlisted). The DNO to send official confirmations letter to state/UT will recommending the list of schools in the stipulated time period.
- The User Manual for state, district and Schools is downloaded from the portal and it will be guide to start the process.
- As per the User Manual the State has Created Login for 13 District Educational Officers as District Nodal Officer (DNO) for start the process as per manual for approval of the schools.
- The District Educational Officers will approve/reject the school and provide proper justification. The district will send block wise list of short listed schools to the state along with justification in 100-200 words for each school. State user may change the school list if required with proper justification and send the Final List to National user.
- To organize orientation meeting with all concerned school HMs and EMOs for explaining on PM SHRI schools.
In this connection, all DEOs and APCs are directed to ensure 100% participation of schools in the PM SHRI Portal for eligible to get the status of PM SHRI Schools as per manual in the state.
ఉపాధ్యాయ దినోత్సవం సెప్టెంబర్ 5 వ తేదీన గౌరవ ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడి గారు ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థులకు అత్యంత నాణ్యమైన విద్య (హై క్వాలిటీ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ ) అందించేందుకు కేంద్రం కొత్తగా పిఎం శ్రీ పథకం PM SHRI (PM Schools for Raising India) ప్రారంభించడం జరిగింది.
యూడైస్ 2021-22 విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యను ప్రామాణికంగా తీసుకొని వీటి ఎంపిక జరిగింది.
జిల్లాస్థాయిలో ఈ పథకానికి నోడల్ అధికారిగా డీఈవో వ్యవహరిస్తారు.
ప్రయోజనాలు:
- పీఎం శ్రీ కింద ఎంపిక చేసిన పాఠశాలలకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నేరుగా నిధులు కేటా యిస్తుంది.
- డిజిటల్ పద్ధతిలో బోధన, ప్రయోగశాలలు, ఇతరత్రా సౌకర్యాలు కల్పిస్తారు.
- ఉపాధ్యాయులకు శిక్షణ అందిస్తారు.
- అయిదేళ్ల వరకు ఆర్థిక, సాంకేతిక సహకారం అందుతుంది.
రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేసుకొనే విధానం:-
- PM SHRI SCHOOL గా సెలెక్ట్ అయిన స్కూల్స్ ప్రిన్సిపాల్/హెడ్ మాస్టర్స్/హెడ్ టీచర్స్ PM SHRI వెబ్సైట్ లోకి వెళ్లి UDISE కు రిజిస్టర్ అయిన్ ఫోన్ నంబర్ తో లాగిన్ కావలెను.
- తొలిదశ (స్టెప్‌-1) లో పాఠశాలలను రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయాలి.
- రెండో దశ (స్టెప్‌-2) లో పరిశీలన ప్రక్రియ ఉంటుంది. ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుని లాగిన్‌లో పీఎం శ్రీ పోర్టల్‌ను నమోదు చేసిన వెంటనే ఫోన్ నంబరుకు ఓటీపీ వస్తుంది. దాని ద్వారా లాగిన్ అయిన తరువాత అందులో పేర్కొన్న 42 అంశాలను పూర్తిచేయాలి.
- వీటితోపాటు హెచ్‌ఎం, పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శి విద్యార్హత పత్రాలను అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.
- తరువాత కేంద్ర విద్యాశాఖ ఆయా పాఠశాలలకు మార్కులు వేస్తుంది.
- గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని బడులకు 60 శాతం, పట్టణాల్లో ఉన్నవాటికి 70 శాతం మార్కులు వస్తే ఈ పథకానికి అర్హత పొందుతాయి.
- రిజస్ట్రేషన్‌ ప్రక్రియను ఈనెల 18 లోపు పూర్తిచేయాలని ఉన్నతాధికారులు అదేశించారు.

లాగిన్ అయిన తర్వాత ఒక questionnaire ఉంటుంది. దీనిలో 44 ఇండికేటర్స్ ఉంటాయి మీరు వాటిని పూర్తి చేయాలి.

- Infrastructure / Physical Facilities & School Safety (31 marks)
- Teaching Staff and Capacity Building (36 marks)
- PM POSHAN Scheme (16 marks)
- Learning Outcomes, LEP, Pedagogy (30 marks)
- Vocational Education under National Skill Qualifications Framework (NSQF) (Only for Sr. Secondary levels (20 marks)
- Green Initiatives/ Activities by School (18 marks)
- Commitment of Stakeholders (17 marks)
అప్లోడ్ చేయవలసినవి:-
- ఫ్రంట్ ఇమేజ్
- బ్యాక్ ఇమేజ్
- హెడ్ మాస్టర్స్ అనుమతి కోరుతూ ఒక పత్రం
- మీ స్కూల్ ఏ గ్రామ పరిధిలో ఉంటే ఆ గ్రామ కమిటీ అంగీకార పత్రం
వెబ్సైట్లో పొందుపరచాల్సిన ప్రశ్నావళి , హెడ్మాస్టర్ అంగీకార పత్రం మరియు సర్పంచ్ అంగీకార పత్రం లను మేము పంపుతాము. వాటిని ముందుగానే మీ పాఠశాల లో ఉండే సదుపాయాల ఆధారంగా తయారు చేసుకొని తరువాత అప్లోడ్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది . ఎందుకంటే వెబ్సైట్లో డేటా ఎంటర్ చేయడానికి సమయం లిమిట్ ఉంటుంది. కాబట్టి మనం ముందుగా డేటాను రెడీ చేసుకుంటే తొందరగా వెబ్సైట్లో డేటా పొందుపరచవచ్చు.
సెలక్షన్ విధానము:
- ప్రతి ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు నింపినటువంటి ప్రశ్నావళి లోని సమాధానాల ఆధారంగా సెలక్షన్ జరగడం జరుగుతుంది.
- మీరు ఇచ్చిన సమాధానాల్లో గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో పాఠశాలలో 60 శాతం మార్కులు అర్బన్ ప్రాంతంలోని పాఠశాలలు 70% మార్కులు సాధించిన వారు PM SHRI స్కూల్ లకు ఎంపిక కావడం జరుగుతుంది.
- మీరు ఎంటర్ చేసిన డేటా ను జిల్లా శాఖ అధికారులు పరిశీలించి నిజమా అని నిర్ధారించిన తర్వాత మీ పాఠశాల ఈ స్కీం పరిధిలోకి రావడం జరుగుతుంది .
- ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు ఇచ్చే సమాధానాలకు కనీస మార్కులు కేటాయించడం జరుగుతుంది. కనీస మార్కులు సాధించిన స్కూలు మాత్రమే ఎంపిక చేయడం జరుగుతుంది.
పాఠశాలల వారీగా కనీస మార్కులు:
- ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల (1-5): 144 మార్కులు.
- ప్రాథమికోన్నత పాఠశాలు (1-8):165 మార్కులు
- జిల్లా పరిషత్ పాఠశాలు ( 6 – 10/12 లేదా 1-12 ): 160 మార్కులు
- సీనియర్ సెకండరీ స్కూల్స్ (1-12): 168 మార్కులు
- కేంద్రీయ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం: 152 మార్కులు
- జవహర్ నవోదయ విద్యాలయాలు: 144 మార్కులు.
