Midday Meals & School Sanitation - Toilet Maintenance Fund (TMF) - Supply of Chemicals / Cleaning Tools / Accessories / Gloves to all Govt., Schools / Junior colleges for Toilet maintenance - Name of the supplier and items communicated-Regarding Memo. 27021/ 75 /2022-MDM-CSE Dt: 27/08/2022

The attention of the District Educational Officers is invited to the reference read above, and in continuation of the Memo, the following Category of items will be delivered to a Mandal's for distribution to schools/ Junior Colleges by the following suppliers:
(A) M/s Rossari Bio Tech, Mumbai: Cleaning Chemicals : (i) Bathroom cleaner / sanitizer (ii) Toilet Cleaner and (iii) Air freshener to the districts in Zone 1 & 2
(B) M/s Diversey India Hygiene Pvt Ltd., Bengaluru : Cleaning Chemicals : (i) Bathroom cleaner / sanitizer (ii) Toilet Cleaner and (iii) Air freshener to the districts in Zone 3 & 4.
(C) M/s Action ware India Pvt., Ltd, Gujarat: Cleaning Tools: (i) Bathroom Wiper with long handle (ii) Refill Wiper (iii) Mop with Long handle (iv) Refill Mop (v) H for storage and bristles brush with long handle and (vi) Toilet brush to all districts
(D) M/s Buzil Rossan Pvt., Ltd, & M/s Action ware India Pvt., Ltd : Miscellaneous Tools: (i ) Reflective safety Jacket (ii) Spray bottle and (iii) Cob-Web broom with long handle to all districts
(E) M/s Sindhiya Plastic Industries, Tamilnadu : Bathroom Accessories; (i) Plastic Bucket ( 18 Liters) with Mug (ii) Mini Bucket (3 liters) and (iii) Swing Lid Dustbin (60 liters) to all districts...
(F) M/s Neerokem Specialty Products, Tamilnadu & V.S. Industries, Vijayawada: Safety gear: (i) Reusable Rubber gloves and (ii) Mini Brush to all districts.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are further informed that, the suppliers started supplies to Mandal's and are requested to
(i) instruct all the Mandal Educational officers to acknowledge the material item wise, and upload in the IMMS App on the same day and shall generate acknowledgement
(ii) The District Educational Officer shall verify the information and confirm in the App.
(iii) Chalk out supply plan and shall distributed to schools as per the indents
(iv) ensure proper storage/utilization and
(v) the Head Master / Principal shall maintain stock register and utilization.
The District Educational Officers are requested to take necessary action accordingly.
