All the Regional Joint Directors of the School Education Department and all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that with the reference cited above, the 9 th National Level Exhibition and Project Competition (NLEPC) of the awardees selected from the State Level Exhibition and Project Competitions (SLEPC) conducted by respective States/UTs is scheduled to be held from September 14–16, 2022, at Pragathi maidan New Delhi.
Additionally, they are requested to give tight instructions to erstwhile district science officers regarding the sending of students to state officials at Vijayawada by 10 a.m on 12.09.2022 and again receive from state officials at Vijayawda on 17.09.2022 evening.
Further more, the accompanying teachers/state officials will take the responsibility of the students from the state headquarters to Delhi and back to the state headquarters along with their projects.
The district Educational officers are advised to instruct the guide teachers to transport the selected students from their respective places to the district headquarters and from there district science officers are to lead them to the state headquarters and also acquire authorization forms from their parents before sending them to the 9th NLEPC listed on the list.
The District Science Officers may claim travel reimbursements in accordance with the rules by submitting travel documentation and T.A. forms to the nodal officer from their originating location to the state headquarters and in the same manner in return.
Hence all the District Educational officers are instructed to relieve the District Science officers/guide teachers to accompany the students before they reach the state headquarters on 12.09.2022.
