ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the CEO, A.P.C.F.S.S, in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission for shifting the offices of Heads of Department of the Finance Department viz. the Pay and Accounts Officer (PAO), the Director of Treasuries & Accounts (DTA), the Director of Works Accounts (DWA), the Director of State Audit (DSA), the Director of Andhra Pradesh Government Life Insurance (APGLI) & the Corporations of the Finance Department viz. Andhra Pradesh Corporation for Financial Systems & Services (APCFSS), the Andhra Pradesh State Development Corporation (APSDC) & the Andhra Pradesh State Financial Services Corporation (APSFS) to the proposed building at Plot. No. 11, KJ Systems Building, Near APIIC IT Park, Mangalagiri, Guntur District with a rent @ Rs.29.50/- per Sq. ft. per month with applicable GST for a total rentable area of 58,123 Sq. Ft.as calculated by the CE R&B Buildings, AP., Vijayawada w.e.f. from the possession of the building and no other charges shall be paid for using lift, parking. maintenance charges etc., as per the provision of G.O.Ms.No. 134, General Administration (GPM&AR) Department, dated. 13.06.2016 and G.O.Rt.No.2827, General Administration (Accom) Department, dated. 16.12.2019.
The CEO, AP, C.FSS A.P Ibrahimpatnam shall take further action accordingly.
