All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are invited in the above references cited and they are informed that, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued Amendment Notification in G.O.Ms.No.129,Dated:15.07.2022, School Education (PROG.II) Department to G.O.Ms.No.20, School Education (PEProgs.I) Dept., Dated:03.03.2011 on implementation of 12 (1) (C) during the Academic 2022-2023in the State.
In this connection, for the Implementation of 12 (1) (C) during the Academic 2022-2023 duly following the AP SOP guidelines a notification has been issued and invited the application were invited for the admissions into class-I in Private Unaided Schools in the State, allowing every parent and guardian of eligible children under Rule 9 of Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010 read with G.O.Ms.No.63, School Education (Prog.II) Department, Dated:28.12.2020.
In this context, it is informed that as per the Schedule communicated by the School Education Department, the selected list of children to admit into Class-I for the Academic year 2022-2023 district Wise is herewith communicated to this Memo.
In view of the above, the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are requested to take immediate steps to admit the selected children in the concerned Private Unaided Schools of Class-I from 05-09-2022 to 12-09-2022 for the Academic year 2022-2023 duly issuing necessary instructions to the Management concerned and to admit and provide Provisions like Uniforms, text books, note books etc., as provided by the Government of Andhra Pradesh without deviations and APSOT strictly. In this connection, they are also requested to instruct the managements of private schools concerned to verify the certificates of the selected candidates and confirm the admission.

Further, the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are requested to submit the compliance report on the leftover vacancies after the admission of the children in the respective schools.
ఉచిత నిర్బంధ విద్యాహక్కు చట్టం 2009 సెక్షన్ 12(1) (C) అనుసరించి 2022-23 విద్యా సంవత్సరం. నుండి రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని ప్రైవేటు ఆన్ ఎయిడెడ్ పాఠశాలల్లో 1 వ తరగతిలో ఉచిత ప్రవేశాలు అమలు చేయాలని.. పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ నిర్ణయించింది.
ఇందులో భాగంగా ప్రతికూల పరిస్థితులను ఎదుర్కొంటున్న వర్గాలకు చెందిన వారు (అనగా ఆనాధ పిల్లలు, హెచ్ఐవి బాధితుల పిల్లలు, దివ్యాంగులు) కోసం 5 శాతం, ఎస్సీలకు 10 శాతం, ఎస్టీలకు 4 శాతం మరియు బలహీన వర్గాలకు (బీసీ, మైనార్టీ, ఓసీ) చెందిన పిల్లలకు 6 శాతం సీట్లు కేటాయించడం జరిగింది. రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రైవేటు అన్ ఎయిడెడ్ పాఠశాలల్లో అర్హత కలిగిన పిల్లలకు 1వ తరగతి విద్యార్థుల నమోదులో 25% సీట్లు కేటాయించి, 2022-23 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి 1వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశం కల్పించడం జరుగుతుంది..
ఇందులో భాగంగా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో నివసించే బలహీన వర్గాలకు చెందిన కుటుంబాలకు వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ. 1,20,000/- గాను, పట్టణ ప్రాంతంలో నివసించే బలహీన వర్గాలకు చెందిన కుటుంబాలకు వార్షికాదాయం రూ. 1,40,000/- గాను ప్రాతిపదికగా తీసుకొని వారి కుటుంబాల పిల్లలకు అర్హులుగా నిర్ణయించడమైనది.
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం వారు సదరు ఉచిత నిర్బంధ విద్యకు బాలల హక్కు చట్టం, 2009 లో 12 (1)(C) అమలుకు సంబంధించి ఆన్లైన్ లో 16.08.2022 నుంచి 26.08.2022 వరకు 1వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశము కొరకు దరఖాస్తు నమోదు చేయుట కొరకు పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ వారు http://cse.ap.gov.in వెబ్సైటులో ఇచ్చిన సూచనల మరియు నిబంధనల ప్రకారము, ఎంపిక కాబడిన విద్యార్ధుల జాబితా వివరములను ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రములో గల సంబధిత జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారుల ద్వారా సంబంధిత ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల యాజమాన్యముల వారికి పంపించుట జరిగినది. సంబంధిత తలిదండ్రులకు/సంరక్షులకు మొబైల్ ద్వారా సమాచారము ఇవ్వబడును. అందరు జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారులకు మరియు అదనపు పథక సమన్వయాధికారులకు అడ్మిషన్ ప్రక్రియను అమలు చేయుటకు ఆదేశములు జారిచేయుట జరిగినది.
కావున, ఉచిత నిర్బంధ విద్యకు బాలల హక్కు చట్టం, 2009 లో 12 (1)(C) అమలుకు సంబంధించి, సంబంధిత ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల యాజమాన్యముల వారు ఎంపిక కాబడిన విద్యార్ధులకు వారి తల్లి తండ్రులకు సరియగు రీతిలో సందేశములు పంపించి 05.09.2022 నుండి 12.09.2022 లోపుగా సంబంధిత పాఠశాలలో విద్యార్ధిని విద్యార్ధుల ప్రవేశము జరుగునట్లు సత్వర చర్య తీసుకోవలసిందిగా కోరడమైనది, ఎవరైనను ఆయా తేదీలలో అడ్మిషన్ కాకపోయినచో, వారి అడ్మిషన్ అర్హత కోల్పోవుదురు. అడ్మిషన్ సమయములో పాఠశాల యాజమాన్యం ఎన్నిక కాబడిన విద్యార్థుల సర్టిఫికెట్లను పరిశీలించి అడ్మిషన్లను ధృవీకరించుకోవాల్సిందిగా సంబంధిత జిల్లా విద్యా శాఖాధికారులకు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయడమైనది.

మరియు, అన్ని ప్రైవేటు పాఠశా లల యాజమాన్యముల వారు ఉచిత నిర్బంధ విద్యకు బాలల హక్కు చట్టం, 2009 లో 12 (1)(C) అమలు ద్వారా ప్రవేశము పొందిన అందరు విద్యార్ధులకు ప్రభుత్వం వారు కల్పించు సదుపాయములకు సమానముగా పాఠ్యపుస్తకములు, నోట్ పుస్తకములు యూనిఫారం తదితరములు అన్నియు SOP ( Standard Operating Procedure) ను అనుసరించి తప్పక అమలు జరిగేటట్లు చర్యలు తీసుకోవలసిందిగా కోరడమైనది.
