ORDER:

In the G.Os 2^nd read above, orders were issued for creation of (5701) posts and filling up of (1349) posts of Assistant Professors, (392) posts of Civil Assistant Surgeons (CAS) under the administrative control of Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh Vidhya Vidhana Parishad and Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, AP on regular basis for proper functioning of the health institutions and also for effective delivery of health services in the State subject to conditions mentioned therein. Among the others, Rs.53,500/- has been fixed as consolidated pay to the post of CAS duly imposing the probation for a period of (3) years.

In the G.O. 3^1d read above, orders were issued according permission to the Commissioner, Health & Family Welfare, A.P./Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., for filling up of the existing vacant (2918) posts in various cadres under the control of Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P.

In the circumstances reported by the Director, Health & Family Welfare, AP in the reference 6^th read above, Government after examination of the matter, hereby issue order in respect of Civil Assistant Surgeons of Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., as follows: 

a. To treat the probation period as two (2) years instead of three (3) years in respect of the Civil Assistant Surgeons recruited vide G.O.s 2^nd& 3^1-cl read above.

b. To enhance the consolidated pay amount of Rs.85,000/- per month from Rs.53,500/- to the Civil Assistant Surgeons who were recruited vide G.O.s 2^nd& 3^rd read above w.e.f. 1^5t September, 2022, till their probation is declared.

The Director, Health & Family Welfare, A.P. / the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., shall take further necessary action

This order issued with the concurrence of Finance Department, vide their U.O.No.FIN01-HROPDPP/187/2022,dt.20.07.2022.
