Applications are invited from the eligible and qualified candidates for filling up of certain posts on Contract Basis under NATIONAL AIDS CONTROL PROGRAMME of the following arised vacancy under the control of the District Leprosy, AIDS & TB Officer, Kurnool in the erstwhile Kurnool district to work initially for a period of one year on Contract Basis/Outsourcing basis.

3	OC-01	Blood Bank Counselor	Master degree in Psychology or social work and at least experience 02 years in the blood banks or Medical counseling. Good knowledge of computers including MS Office package and data Validation.	21,000/- or as per APSACS norms

			Post Graduate degree / diploma in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development /Nursing; with minimum 01year experience after PG degree / diploma of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. Or Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience after graduation, of working in field of counseling in health sector preferably in HIV/AIDS. In the case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, the

Or Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development / Nursing with minimum 3 years of experience after graduation, of working in field of counseling in health sector preferably In HIV/AIDS. Candidate should have minimum of 02 years’ experience in medical biological / immunological / laboratory techniques. Candidates with experience in research will be preferred. Diploma / working knowledge in Computers.
9	OC-01	ART Pharmacist	Degree in Pharmacy from Recognized Institute Or Diploma Holder in Pharmacy with 03 Years of Experience in Health care. Note: Must be Registered in the concerned state Pharmacy council.	21,000/- or as per APSACS Norms

10	03 OC-(W)-1 SC-(W)-1 OC-1	ART Lab- Technician	Graduate / diploma holder in Medical Laboratory Technology(MLT) Note: Must be Registered in the concerned state council	21,000/- or as per APSACS Norms

			Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc); with minimum 1year experience after graduation. Or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT); with minimum 02years’ experience after diploma. The candidates should be registered with A.P. Para

The No. of vacancies is provisional and likely to increase or decrease as per the need of the department.

The Merit List of this notification is valid till 31^stAugust, 2023, for the purpose of filling up of arising vacancies as per requirement of the Department.

RESERVATIONS:-

Reservations are applicable as per Rule 22 of AP State and Subordinate Services Rules and instructions issued from time to time including BC, SC and ST reservations.

Reservations to woman will be as per General Rule 22-A (G.O.Ms.No.41, WD&CW (Estt) Dept., dated: 01-08-1996, G.O.Ms.No.63, GA (Ser-D) Dept, dt:17.04.2018 & instructions issued from time to time.

Presidential order is applicable as per G.O.Ms.No.674; GA (SPF.A) Dept., dated:28.10.1975, O.P.No.763 GA. (SPF.A) Dept., dated:15-11-1975 read with G.O.Ms.No.8 GA(SPF.A)Dept., dated: 08-01-2002.

Reservations to Differently abled persons is applicable as per G.O.Ms.No.2, Department for WCDA&SC(Prog.II), dt:19-02-2020.

Reservations for Economically Weaker Sections will be as per G.O.Ms.No.73 GA(Services-D)dept., dt:04-08-2021.

Reservations for ex-servicemen are applicable as per rules in force.

 

Educational (Academic, Professional, Technical) qualifications, nature of appointment various posts:-

The candidate should possess prescribed academic/technical/professional qualifications for the post they are applying for as on the date of this notification (which will be taken for Reckoning weightage for contract/outsource/honorarium service and for waiting period Weightage after completion of academic/technical/professional qualifications as applicable).

If the applicant possesses an equivalent qualification to prescribed qualification in this Notification, applicant shall enclose a copy of the Government orders to that effect to the Application, failing which their application will be rejected.

 

AGE:-

Upper age limit is 42 Age will be reckoned as on 01.07.2022 as per G.O.MS No.105 GA (Ser –A) dept, dated:27.09.2021 with relaxation as applicable.

Relaxation will be as follows:-

• For SC, ST, BC and EWS candidates: 05 (Five) Years
• For Ex-Service men: 03 (Three) Years in addition to the length of services in armed forces.
• For differently abled person: 10 (Ten) years
• Maximum age limit is 52 years with all relaxation put together.
• The maximum age limit for filling up such contractual positions in SACS/Region/Facility level be raised from 62 years to 65 yrs.subject to the condition that two attempts for selection of candidate with 62 years age limit fail.

5. METHOD OF SELECTION:- Total Marks:100.

• 75% will be allocated for aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in qualifying examination or any other equivalent qualification.
• Upto 10 marks@1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite Qualifications mentioned in the pass certificate. Weightage willbe reckoned update of notification as per Govt. Memo. 4274/D1/2013, HM&FW (D1)Dept.,dt.10.07.2014.
• Irrespective to CGPA Marks holders Marks is calculated as CGPAX9.5(Multiplying Factor)X75%

 

Weightage up to15% will be given to the candidates working on contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis including COVID-19 service as shown below subject to their Satisfactory service certified by the competent authority, asper G.O.Ms.No.211, HM&FW(B2) Dept., Dt:08.05.2022, G.O.Rt.No.573, HM&FW (B2)dept., Dt:01-11-2021andG.O.Rt No.07, HM&FW (B2) dept., Dt:06-01-2022. Govt.Memo.no. 3740784/B2/2020 of HM&FW (B2)Dept., dt:14-02-2022,CircularNo.03/CHFW/2022, of CHFW, AP, dated:11-02-2022.

 

Weightage to contract employment based on working area:-

@2.5marks per six months in Tribal Area

@2.0marks per six months in Rural Area

@1.0marks per six months in urban areas

@No weightage will be given for the services less than six months for Non-COVID service.

• The COVID-19 weightage shall be applicable only to the persons who have appointed and rendered their services exclusively for COVID-19 on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis and are appointed by the District Collector & Magistrate based on orders issued by Government from time to time and certified by the controlling officers (DMHO / DCHS / Principal of GMC / Superintendent of GGH) to that effect.

Based on Covid-19 duties:-  @5 Marks per six months. @10 Marks per one year. @15 Marks per one year six months.

(Note: Certificates take nearlier are valid. If additional period of service is there, fresh certificate to That effect shall be obtained and enclosed). If any individual work less than 6 months for Covid-19, the weightage shall be 0.8 marks per completed month will be awarded

• The candidates claiming service weightage shall submit original contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium service certificate in the enclosed proforma issued by competent authority along with copy of appointment orders. Applications without the service certificates as prescribed above will not be considered for service weightage.

(Note:- Certificates take nearlier are valid. If additional period of service is there, fresh certificate to That effect shall be obtained and enclosed)

• Contract service will be reckoned upto the date of notification as per Govt. Memo no.4274/D1/2013, HM&FW(D1 )Dept.,dt:10-07-2014.
