All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers, Principals, IASES/DIETS, DyEOS, MEOS, HMS in the state are informed that India is celebrating 75th Anniversary of India's Independence on 15th August 2022. This occasion is being celebrated as Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM), to encourage and inspire organizations, Institutions and Citizens of India to hoist the National flag at their respective premises invoking feelings of patriotism and national Pride. 


As such, arrangements have to be made in school premises for celebrating the Independence Day on 15th August in befitting manner and ensure success of celebration under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) programme. Detailed instructions are issued by government to organize Various programs under Har Ghar Tiranga inculcating the feeling of patriotism among the children.


In this connection it is instructed that the Teachers and staff of all government management schools shall attend the programme in their respective school premises only. The practice of participating in any other school and producing Participation certificate of the celebrations is not to be done. 


Therefore, all the Regional joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers, Principals, IASES/DIETS, DyEOS, MEOS, HMs in the state are instructed to take appropriate action under their jurisdiction, So as to ensure that all the staff/teachers should participate in the Independence Day celebrations on 15th August 2022 within their school Premises only.


This reference should be followed scrupulously.
