Ref: HOD's review meeting held on 18-07-2022 by Spl CS to Government, Finance.
Attention of all the DTAOs in the State is invited to the subject cited. They are informed that the Spl CS to Government, in Finance Dept has instructed to obtain feedback/suggestions from the stakeholders on the key services extended by the Treasuries and Accounts department. The issues on which feedback needs to be obtained is enclosed herewith.
In view of the above, all the DTAOs are requested to instruct the ATOs/STOs working under their control to conduct a workshop positively on 25- 08-2022 with the DDOs under their jurisdiction and obtain their feedback/suggestion on the enclosed items.
Further, after obtaining feedback from the DDOs, the DTAOs have to conduct a workshop positively on 26-08-2022 with the TOs under their respective jurisdictions and submit a detailed report to the undersigned by 28-08-2022, as the Spl CS to Government, Finance is going to address all the DTAOs in the State on 29-08-2022.
This should be treated as MOST URGENT.
