The attention of the District Education Officers (erstwhile districts) in the stat are invited to the references read above, where in instructions have been issued to engage the Ayahs under Toilet Maintenance Fund (TMF) Scheme in Schools / Govt Junior Colleges / APREIS / APSWERIE APTWRE/MJPABCWRE/ Govt. Junior Colleges/KGBvs. Accordingly, the institutions have engaged Ayah and many of the institutions have uploaded the details / data after engaging the Ayahs in the Dashboard / IMMS App, and still some of the institutions have not updated the data. Repeated requests have been made from this office to update the data, but so not updated
Two statements Annexure and II is enclosed herewith for ready reference of the District Educational Officers Annexure-I is the statement showing the details of Ayahs engaged and uploaded in the dashboard / IMMS App the no. is 46,587 Ayahs in the state Annexure-I is the statement showing the data furnished by the Districts for payment of honorarium for the months from March to June 2022, the no. is 44,409 After observing the data, it is found that there is huge gap of 2,178 in the number of Ayahs engaged and the honorarium claimed
It also observed, that the engaging of Ayahs in the Residential institutions and KGBVS are not updated all now.
Therefore all the District Education Officers ( erstwhile districts) are requested to:
i. to furnish the details of 2,178 Ayahs for payment of honorarium immediately
(ii) ensure updation of the all the Ayahs engaged in all the institutions immediately, so that the details of every Ayah engaged is entered into record to enable this office for payment of honorarium to all Ayahs in time.
The District Educational Officers of the newly formed Districts are requested to co-ordinate with the District Education Officers of erstwhile districts by monitoring the institutions in their jurisdiction and ensure submission of date promptly to the District Educational officer (erstwhile; immediately so as to enable them to consolidate the information
The above instructions shall be followed scrupulously.
