Repatriation of teachers working on FST & Conditions SCERT, Samagra Siksha, IASEs, CTE, DIETS and B.PEds - Posting orders - Instructions

Sub: School Education – Repatriation of teachers working on FST & Conditions in D’SCERT, Samagra Siksha, IASEs, CTE, DIETS and B.PEds – posting orders – Instructions – Issued.

Attention of all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above, wherein certain orders/guidelines were issued on cancellation of deputations and FST& conditions in respect of employees in the O/o Director of SCERT, AP, Samagra Siksha, IASEs, CTE, DIETS and B.PEds without approval of Commissioner of School Education or Government.

The Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that, the posting orders to those Headmasters / teachers should be given only in the same location of same categories.

Example: I

1. If a Headmaster / Teacher who was deputed from category-I school, then after their repatriation they have to post in the same school if vacancy If not, they have to be posted to same locality of same category school only.
2. If same category was not available in the existing vacancies of same locality, then blocked vacancy of same category has to be unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.

3. If No blocked vacancy of same category is available in the same locality, then they may be posted in the vacancies of category-II. Further, if no category-II vacancies available in the existing vacancies then, Blocked vacancy of category-II should be Unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.

4. If No blocked vacancy of Category-II is available in the same locality, then they may be posted in the vacancies of category-III. Further, if no category-III vacancies available in the existing vacancies then, Blocked vacancy of category-III should be Unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.

5. If No blocked vacancy of Category-III is available in the same locality, then they may be posted in the vacancies of category-IV. Further, if no category-IV vacancies available in the existing vacancies then, Blocked vacancy of category-IV should be Unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.

6. If still No vacancies were available, then the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed to submit such proposal to this office.

Example: II

1. If a Headmaster / Teacher who was deputed from category-II school, then after their repatriation they have to post in the same school if vacancy If not, then they have to be posted to same locality of same category school only.
2. If same category was not available in the existing vacancies of same locality, then blocked vacancy of same category has to be unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.
3. If No blocked vacancy of same category is available in the same locality, then they may be posted in the vacancies of category-III. Further, if no category-III vacancies available in the existing vacancies then, Blocked vacancy of category-III should be Unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.

4. If No blocked vacancy of Category-III is available in the same locality, then they may be posted in the vacancies of category-IV. Further, if no category-IV vacancies available in the existing vacancies then, Blocked vacancy of category-IV should be Unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.

5. If still No vacancies were available, then the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed to submit such proposal to this office.

Example: III

1. If a Headmaster / Teacher who was deputed from category-III school, then after their repatriation they have to post in the same school if vacancy If not, then they have to be posted to same locality of same category school only.
2. If same category was not available in the existing vacancies of same locality, then blocked vacancy of same category has to be unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.
3. If No blocked vacancy of same category is available in the same locality, then they may be posted in the vacancies of category-IV. Further, if no category-IV vacancies available in the existing vacancies then, Blocked vacancy of category-IV should be Unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.

4. If still No vacancies were available, then the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed to submit such proposal to this office.

Example: IV

1. If a Headmaster / Teacher who was deputed from category-IV school, then after their repatriation they have to post in the same school if vacancy exits. If not, then they have to be posted to same locality of same category school only.
2. If same category was not available in the existing vacancies of same locality, then blocked vacancy of same category has to be unblocked and posting should be given in that vacancy.

The above instructions should be followed scrupulously without any deviations.
