Ref: Instructions were issued by Commissioner of School Education. Andhra Pradesh, Ibrahimpatnam Vijayawada.

Attention of all the District Educational Offers in the state are invited to Subject cited, and they are requested to issue the necessary orders to all the Head masters and District School Games Secretaries in their Jurisdiction to implementation of below mentioned Calendar of Activities for Physical Education.

Physical Education calendar of activities for the A.Y. 2022-2023 Is as follows:

1	July	Battery Test beginning of the Academic Year.	25th to 30th
2	August	Conduct of Mandal Sports Meet - 9 events. U-14/17 Boys and Girls Kabaddi, Kho-Kho Throw ball, Volley Ball Badminton, Ball badminton Yoga, Tennikoit,     Athletics, Tournament cum Selection, Selected players will participate in Constituency level Selections. (Tournament winner and runner will participate in Grigg Zonal Tournament.)	25th to 27th
3	August	celebrate the National Sports Day	29th August.
4	September	Constituency level selections for Mandal selected player for above 9 games.	7th to 9th
5	September	District level SGF selections	19th to 23rd Phase- 1
6	October	District level SGF selections	10th to 15th Phase-2
7	October	Inter District SGF tournaments	17th to 5th November

8	November	Grigg Zonal Tournaments limited to 10 events 9 mandal level winner and runner + soft ball.	25th to 30th
9	December	Grigg District level tournaments only Zonal winner will participate.	12th to 17th
10	January	Conduct of Intramurals	27th to 31st
11	February	Conduct of Year ending Battery Test	15th to 28th
12	March	Conduct of Annual Sports Meet	10th to 15th

Note: The IPE Kakinada and all the RPE's in the state shall be monitored the entire Calendar of Activities for Physical Education and submit the Monthly action taken report to this office without fail. Any negligence and deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously.
