DTA inform that, as per The Director, GV/WV&VS/WS letter vide reference 4th cited, the CEO, APCFSS have requested to enable all the earnings and deductions in the payroll herb for the employees of Village/Ward Secretariats in Pay Bill for July 2022 payable in August 2022. And, in respect of obtaining DDO registration number, the concerned DDO of the Village/Ward Secretariat has to register with CRA by submitting the request to the concerned mapped Treasury office which is in turn has to be submitted to CRA. And after receiving DDO registration number, the concerned DDO has to submit his/her office employees Common Subscriber Registration Form version 1.5 form to respective Treasury Office/PAO which contains Subscriber’s personal details, employment details, scheme setup details and nominee details along with photograph and signature. In turn the Treasury/PAO submits the Subscriber registration forms to CRA-FC for further processing. On receipt of the forms, CRA-FC conducts a preliminary level check of the forms and issues a Provisional Receipt Number (PRN) as an acknowledgement mentioning number of forms accepted and rejected.
For rejected forms, CRA-FC issues a rejection memo. For the accepted forms CRA system generates PRAN.
Therefore, the Director of GVWV & VSWS Dept. is requested to issue instructions to respective DDOs to register with CRA.
