The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State is invited to the references read above certain guidelines are hereby issued pertaining to filling up of left over seats in VI and intermediate 1st Year and also in Classes VII, VIII, IX, X and Intermediate II year through Off-line mode duly observing the rule of reservation without any deviation.
a. If online applications are available please fill the seats as per roaster, first local students then non-local students.
b. If online applications are not available for 6th class and also regarding leftover seats to take the admissions for classes VII to IX and 1st Year Intermediate, on a first come first serve basis, duly following the roaster, and also merit for first-year left out admissions.
c. If more No. of applications are received than the leftover seats for each Class, Lottery should be conducted at school level and if less No. of applications are received admission should be given on First come first serve basis.
d. The admission process is to be done by constituting a committee with the Principal, Senior PGT and Sr. TGT as a committee at the school level.
e. Collecting fee for admission into VI to X classes (for OC & BC Rs 100/- and for SC & ST Rs. 50/-) and for admission into Intermediate and II years (for OC & BC Rs. 150/- and for SC & ST Rs. 100/- from the students who applied through off line.
f. All the Principals are instructed to maintain fee collection Registers with full particulars of the students along with other relevant records and also to keep such amount with them which is collected from the students through off line mode, until further orders from this office.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to submit a consolidated report in this regard soon after completion of admission process.
