In the circular vide reference 4thcited above, suggested rates for purchase of material and labour charges were communicated. The rates should be followed by the parents committees while making  local purchases or purchases made by the District level tender committee.

In continuation of the circular instructions earlier vide ref 4th cited the following suggested rates are communicated herewith. In case of wide variations between suggested rates and the prevailing market rates, the District Level Tender Committee headed by the Joint Collector can revise the rates.

2.	Supply of Flooring tiles with chequered Cement Concrete heavy duty tiles conforming to IS: 13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 300mm x 300 mm and thickness 25 mm of any shades pattern approved by the authority, m i n i m u m WET TRANSVERSE STRENGTH of 3 N/MM2 , and as per relevant IS codes , excluding cost of conveyance of tiles including all labour charges like Loading & unloading and stacking charges, to school site inclusive of GST and all other Taxes etc as applicable from time to time, and all other incidental charges etc complete.For Ramps. excluding laying charges.
