SSC PUBLIC EXAMINATIONS, APRIL-2022

The S.S.C Public Examinations, April-2022 were conducted from 27-04-2022 to 09-05-2022. The Spot Valuation Camps for the evaluation of answer scripts was conducted from 13-05-2022 to 22-05-2022. A total of 6,20,788 Candidates have registered and appeared for the SSC Public Examinations, April-2022 in the Regular Stream.

All the students, parents, teachers & other stakeholders are informed that the results of the SSC Public Examinations, April-2022 are hosted on the Official Website of the Board of Secondary Education, A.P. viz. www.bse.ap.gov.in.

HIGHLIGHTS:

Regular Candidates:

State-wide Pass Percentage of Regular candidates is 67.26%.

The State-Wide Pass Percentage of Boys is 64.02% whereas the Pass Percentage of Girls is 70.70% > 

The Overall Pass Percentage of Girls is 6.68% higher than that of Boys.

797" schools have secured 100% Pass Percentage.

"71" have secured ZERO ('0') Percentage of result

PRAKASAM District secured HIGHEST percentage i.e., 78.30 % in the State and ANANTAPUR District secured LOWEST percentage i.e., 49.70 % in the State.

AP RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS secured highest Pass Percentage i.e., 91.10%.

GOVERNMENT Schools secured lowest Pass percentage i.e.,50.10%.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CANDIDATES:

The results declared for the SSC Public Examinations, April-2022 and the marks & divisions secured by the candidates for awarding the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P., are provisional in nature.

The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2022 are scheduled to be conducted from 06-07-2022 to 15-07-2022.

The detailed timetable of the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2022 will be announced in due course. The Failed Candidates who wish to appear for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2022 are advised to remit the Examination Fee as per the following Due Dates without waiting for the results of recounting and Re- Verification:

The Memorandum of Subject-wise Performance will be hosted on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in two (2) days after the publication of Results to facilitate candidates' admission into First Year Intermediate Courses without any difficulty.

The SSC Certificates will be awarded to all the Passed candidates in due course and will be dispatched to the concerned Schools.

The extracted Nominal Roll of the Failed Candidates of SSC Public Examinations, April-2022 will be hosted on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in from 07-06-2022.

The results of Certain Candidates may be withheld for want of certain information from the school/ camp/ Center etc, if necessary. The results of all such candidates will be finalized and released shortly.

SSC రీకౌంటింగ్ & రీవెరిఫికేషన్‌పై సూచనలు:

ఎ. "రీకౌంటింగ్" కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలనుకునే అభ్యర్థులు ప్రతి సబ్జెక్టుకు రూ. 500 / - CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాన్ (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) ద్వారా 20-06-2022 లోపు చెల్లించాలి. 

బి .  "రివెరిఫికేషన్ కమ్ సప్లై ఆఫ్ ది ఆన్సర్ స్క్రిప్ట్‌ల ఫోటోకాపీ" కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలనుకునే అభ్యర్థులు 20-06-2022 న లేదా అంతకు ముందు CFMS (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) ద్వారా ఒక్కో సబ్జెక్టుకు రూ.1000 సిటిజన్ చలాన్‌ను చెల్లించాలి.  

 సి .  ఒక నిర్దిష్ట సబ్జెక్ట్ యొక్క "రివెరిఫికేషన్ కమ్ సప్లై ఆఫ్ ఆన్సర్ స్క్రిప్ట్స్" కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలనుకునే అభ్యర్థులు ఆ సబ్జెక్ట్ యొక్క "రీకౌంటింగ్" కోసం మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తు చేయనవసరం లేదు.  

డి .  నగదు, డిమాండ్ డ్రాఫ్ట్‌లు వంటి మరే ఇతర మోడ్‌లో చేసిన చెల్లింపులు ఆమోదించబడవు.  CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాన్‌లు మాత్రమే ఆమోదించబడతాయి.  ప్రతి అభ్యర్థికి ప్రత్యేక చలాన్ తీసుకోబడుతుంది. 

 ఇ .  CFMS చలాన్ ద్వారా అవసరమైన రుసుమును చెల్లించిన అభ్యర్థులు ఈ క్రింది పత్రాలను పూర్వపు జిల్లా ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలో ఉన్న జిల్లా విద్యా అధికారి యొక్క సంబంధిత జిల్లా కార్యాలయంలో సమర్పించాలి 

 1. www.bse.ap.gov.in  లో అందుబాటులో ఉండే ఫారమ్.  దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్ సంబంధిత పూర్వ జిల్లా హెడ్ క్వార్టర్స్‌లోని O / o DEO లోని కౌంటర్లలో కూడా అందుబాటులో ఉంది.  

ii  సంబంధిత HM ద్వారా తగిన విధంగా కౌంటర్ సంతకం చేయబడిన హాల్ టిక్కెట్ ఫోటోకాపీ.  

iii  అభ్యర్థి పేరుపై పొందిన అవసరమైన మొత్తానికి CFMS సిటిజన్ చలాన్.  

ఎఫ్ .  పైన పేర్కొన్న పత్రాలతో పాటు పూరించిన దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్‌లు పూర్వపు జిల్లా హెడ్‌క్వార్టర్స్‌లోని O / o DEO లలో మాత్రమే నియమించబడిన కౌంటర్లలో ఆమోదించబడతాయి.  & O/o DGE, A.P (బోర్డ్ ఆఫ్ సెకండరీ ఎడ్యుకేషన్, A.P.)కి పోస్ట్ ద్వారా పంపిన దరఖాస్తులు అంగీకరించబడవు. 

 h.  మార్కులు మరియు మొత్తం మారిన సందర్భాల్లో మాత్రమే సవరించిన మెమోరాండం ఆఫ్

 మార్కులు జారీ చేయబడతాయి.

 Reverification యొక్క నిబంధన కింది వాటిని కలిగి ఉంటుంది:

 i .  ఇచ్చిన మార్కులను తిరిగి లెక్కించడం. 

 ii  వ్రాసిన సమాధానాలన్నింటికీ మార్కులు ఇవ్వబడ్డాయా లేదా అని ధృవీకరించడం. 

 iii  ముందుగా మార్కులు ఇవ్వని వ్రాతపూర్వక సమాధానాల మూల్యాంకనం. 

 iv  "పునః-ధృవీకరణ" అనేది "పునః దిద్దుబాటు"ని సూచించదు మరియు జవాబు స్క్రిప్ట్‌లు లేదా నిర్దిష్ట సమాధానాల పునః దిద్దుబాటుకు సంబంధించిన అప్పీల్‌లు పరిగణించబడవు.  

సంబంధిత HM లాగిన్‌లో ఫలితాలు ప్రకటించిన రెండు (2) రోజుల తర్వాత సబ్జెక్ట్ వారీగా మార్కుల మెమోరాండం www.bse.ap.gov.in వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో  ఉంచబడుతుంది.  

హెడ్ ​​మాస్టర్ సంబంధిత స్కూల్ లాగిన్ నుండి స్కూల్ వారీగా మార్కుల మెమోరాండం మరియు వ్యక్తిగత చిన్న మెమోలను డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. 

వ్యక్తిగతంగా విద్యార్థులు అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్ www.results.bse.ap.gov.in నుండి నేరుగా మార్క్స్ మెమోను డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.  

మైగ్రేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్: పరీక్ష దరఖాస్తు మరియు ఫీజులను సమర్పించే సమయంలో మైగ్రేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న అభ్యర్థులు అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్ www.bse.ap.govలో హోస్ట్ చేయబడే డిజిటల్ సంతకం చేసిన మైగ్రేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్‌ను పొందేందుకు సంబంధిత HMని సంప్రదించవచ్చు. 

హెడ్ ​​మాస్టర్ డిజిటల్ సంతకం చేసిన మైగ్రేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్‌ను కలర్ PDF ఫార్మాట్‌లో డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలి మరియు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న అభ్యర్థులందరికీ సబ్జెక్ట్ వారీగా మార్క్స్ మెమోరాండమ్‌తో పాటు దానిని తప్పకుండా అందజేస్తారు.  

సబ్జెక్ట్ వారీగా మార్కులతో కూడిన ఒరిజినల్ SSC పాస్ సర్టిఫికెట్లు నిర్ణీత సమయంలో అన్ని పాఠశాలలకు పంపబడతాయి. 

సంబంధిత HM సర్టిఫికేట్‌పై వారి సంతకాన్ని సరిగ్గా అతికించడం ద్వారా విద్యార్థికి అసలు SSC సర్టిఫికేట్‌ను అందజేస్తారు.  

INSTRUCTIONS ON RECOUNTING & REVERIFICATION:

The candidates who wish to apply for "Recounting" of their Answer Scripts shall remit an amount of Rs.500/- Per Subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before 20-06-2022.

The candidates who wish to apply for "Reverification cum supply of Photocopy of the Answer Scripts" shall remit an amount of Rs.1000 Per Subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before 20-06-2022. 

The Candidates who wish to apply for "Reverification cum supply of Photocopy of the Answer Scripts" of a particular subject NEED NOT apply for the "Recounting" of the that subject only.

Payments made in any other mode such as Cash, Demand Drafts shall not be accepted. Only the CFMS Citizen Challans shall be accepted. Separate Challan shall be taken for each Candidate.

The Candidates who have paid the required fee through CFMS Challan shall submit the following documents in their concerned erstwhile District's Office of the District Educational Officer which is situated in the erstwhile District Headquarters: 

i Fully filled & Signed Re-verification/ Recounting Application Form which is available on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in. The Application form is also available at the counters in the O/o DEO in the concerned erstwhile District Headquarters.

 ii. Photocopy of the Hall Ticket duly countersigned by the Concerned HM.

iii. CFMS Citizen Challan for the required amount obtained on the Name of the Candidate. f. The filled in application forms along with the above documents will be accepted at the designated counters at the O/o DEOs in the erstwhile District Headquarters only. 

g. The Applications sent by Post to the O/o DGE, A.P (Board of Secondary Education, A.P.) will not be accepted. h. Revised Memorandum of Marks will be issued in cases of change of Marks and Total only.

i. The provision of Re-verification includes the following:

i. Re-Counting the marks awarded.

ii. Verifying whether the marks are awarded to all the written answers or not.

iii. Valuation of the Written Answers for which the marks are not awarded earlier. iv. "Re-Verification" does not refer to "Re-Correction" and the appeals for re-correction of the answer scripts or certain answers shall not be considered.

Subject wise Memorandum of Marks will be hosted on the website www.bse.ap.gov.in, two (2) days after the announcement of results in the concerned HM Login. 10. The Head Master can download the School wise Memorandum of Marks and individual short memos from the concerned School Login.

The Individual students can also download the Marks Memo of their performance from the official website www.results.bse.ap.gov.in directly.

MIGRATION CERTIFICATE:

The Candidates who have applied for the Migration Certificate at the time of submission of examination application and fees may approach the Concerned HM to obtain the Digitally Signed Migration Certificate which will be hosted on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in, two (2) days after the announcement of the results.

The Head Master shall download the Digitally Signed Migration Certificate which is available in Color PDF Format and shall handover the same to all the applied Candidates along with the Subject Wise Marks Memorandum without fail.

The Original SSC Pass Certificates with Subject wise Marks shall be sent to all the schools in due course. The HM Concerned shall handover t original SSC Certificate to the student by duly affixing their Signature the Certificate.
