The attention of all the District Educational Officers, the Inspector of Physical Education (Kakinada) and all the Regional Inspectors of Physical Education in the state is invited to the reference 4th read above, wherein orders were issued to all the DEOS in the state to conduct of Summer Coaching Camp for uploading student's data, daily activities, attendance and Photo's in the web link formats.
Further they are informed that, It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that due to severe heat conditions, students are not attending the summer camps. Further, several representations were received from the PETS Associations that the earlier directions to be modified to make the program Optional in locations where the students are coming forward and where facilities like stadium, auditorium etc., are available and also restricting to one session either in the morning or evening.
Keeping in view of the above, It is decided to conduct the summer camps as optional and also restricting to one session either in the morning or evening, depending on the interest shown by children. Further, the DEOS are directed to ensure that summer camps are conducted in schools where the students are coming forward to attend.
Further the information on the conduct of summer camps shall be submitted to this office in the format already shared. Good quality photographs of the summer camps also to be uploaded.
In this regard, the District Educational Officers, Inspector of Physical Education (Kakinada) and all the Regional Inspectors of Physical Education in the state are requested to take necessary action in the matter.
This item of work should be given as top priority.
