In the reference 1ct cited, Government have issued order for change of nomenclature of the post of Project Officer ac “Additional Project Coordinator”, Samagra Shiksha and kept the District Educational Officer ac Ex-Officio District Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha. Accordingly, the Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha shall report to the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio District Project Coordinator.
In the reference 2nd cited, the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh have issued direction to locate all the functionaries in School Education Department in the came premises of Office of the District Educational Officer in the District ac notified vide Proc. Rc. No. ESE02- 15/41/2020-CSE, Dated 04.04.2022 of the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati in view of the restructuring of districts and in order to bring synergy among various activities in School Education Department.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officer & Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators and the Additional Project Coordinator (APC), Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby instructed to co-locate the office of the Additional Project Coordinator, Samagra Shiksha in the same premises of office of the District Educational Officers in all district immediately.
