NOTIFICATION:
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 99 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act.No.1 of 1982), the Government hereby make the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Schools under Private Managements) Rules, 1993 issued in G.O.Ms.No.1, Education (PS.2) Department, dated 01.01.1994 as subsequently amended from time to time:
AMENDMENT:
In the said Rules, in Rule 6, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely,
"(1) The application seeking permission for establishment of a new school or up gradation of the existing school shall be submitted to the competent authority on or before the 31st October of the preceding academic year, in triplicate, in form I.
Provided that the said period may be extended with late fee as prescribed as follows:
The late fee prescribed shall be remitted to the District Educational Officers concerned by way of challan obtained from Treasury / Bank."
