Order:
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state are invited to reference 1st read above, and they are informed that, the School going children parents are frequently requesting Government to increase the Physical Education Activities Sports / Games in the schools. The Government after reviewing the matter decided to give priority to the Physical Education Activities/ Sports / Games for all round development for achieving universalization of sports opportunities To systematic and scientific lines for each child from Classes I to X.
Further, in the reference 2nd cited the VC & MD of SAAP has conducted a review meeting with all CEO's and other related authorities and decided that to implement the G.O.Ms.No.63, Dated: 26.07.2012 in all Government Schools /Aided schools to increase the Physical Education Activities/Sports/Games in the School duly giving top priority to the Physical Education /Activities/Sports/Games for all round development of the School going Children.
In this regard all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to issue the necessary orders and motivate the Physical Directors / Physical Education Teachers to "Conduct the Battery Tests" from 07-02-2022 to 19-02 2022 in their respective schools and "assesses the performance on the motor qualities of the children. The assessment reports of the children in the battery tests results are to be posted in Physical Education records and same copies both (hard & soft) has to submit this office without fail.
