ORDER:
The Finance Controller of this Office is hereby informed that, under the powers vested with the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P sanction is hereby accorded to release an amount of Rs. 22.93155 Lakhs to the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State.
The Finance Controller of this Office is here by requested to release the amount for Rs. 22.93155 Lakhs to the Green Channel PD account of the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State.
The District Educational Officers & Ex- Officio Project Coordinators and the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha are also directed to take printouts of the PINDICS format (enclosed) and distribute to each teacher for conduct of self assessment twice i.e in December, 2021 and March, 2022.In this regard, google form will be communicated to the teachers for uploading the details of the self appraisal format. The expenditure shall be uploaded in PRABANDH and action taken report shall be submitted to the State Project Office without fail.
The budget may be met from the intervention of teacher appraisal format (PINDICS) S.no. (77.326 & 79.68) under PAB 2021-2022 of PAB minutes 2021-22.
