The attention of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor district is invited to the reference cited wherein the Regional Joint Director of School Educational Kadapa has submitted the detailed report on publication of news articles on which irregular deputations of teachers in Chittoor district.
Therefore, the District Educational Officer, Chittoor district is instructed:
(a) to cancel all the deputation which are drafted by the District Educational Officer, Chittoor without the prior approval of the higher authorities except deputations to category - IV and deputations on valid reasons and
(b) to submit his explanation for issuing bulk deputations ignoring rules and in deviation of the orders issued by the higher authorities within a week, for taking further course of action.
This has got approval of the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
