RECRUITMENT OF CERTAIN POSTS UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL OF DIST. MEDICAL & HEALTH OFFICER, SPSR NELLORE DISTRICT ON CONTRACT BASIS / OUT SOURCING BASIS
Applications in the prescribed proforma are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of posts noted in the annexure on contract basis and Out sourcing Basis under the Administrative Control of DM&HO, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District. The Applicants can download the Application & the details of vacancies available & eligibility particulars through Website address spsnellore.ap.gov.in/notice/recruitment.
Filled Applications shall be submitted in the O/o District Medical & Health Officer, Nellore in all working days from 22.11.2021 to 05.12.2021 at 10.30 AM to 05.00 PM along with all required certificates and requisite application fee by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of DM&HO, Nellore payable at Nellore, on or before 05.12.2021.
Last date for submission of filled applications is 05.12.2021 at 5.00 PM.

Guidelines and Instructions for filling up of application:
The filled in application should be submitted in person duly enclosing the following certificates along with application fee and the application form at O/o DISTRICT MEDICAL & HEALTH OFFICER, NELLORE from 22.11.2021 to 05.12.2021 by 5 PM on working days in working hours i.e
10.30 AM to 5.00 PM. The application without signature of the applicant or without any of the following enclosures will be summarily rejected.

Application Fee:
Rs. 800/- for OC Candidates,
Rs. 500/- for SC / ST /BC Candidates
The application fees should be paid by the way of Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank, in favour of DM&HO, Nellore payable at Nellore.
Age:
Upper age limit is 42 Years. Age will be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with relaxation as applicable.
For SC / ST / BC Candidates : 05 (Five ) years.
For Ex-Servicemen : 03 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in Armed forces.
For differently abide persons : 10 (Ten) years & the Maximum age limit is 50 years with all
Relaxations put together.
Reservation: Rule of Reservation will apply as per AP State Govt. rules in force.
Total Marks – 100
75 Marks obtain in qualifying examination
Weight age for number of years since passing qualifying examination is upto 10 marks @ 1 Marks for each completed year.
15 marks weight age will be given to the candidates working earlier in the organization approved by the Government. Who are presently working in (HDS/CDS/Arogyasree HCT, trauma care,APCOS,NHM and other GOI schemes who are appointed on Contract / outsourcing basis through District Selection Committee are appropriate selection process which ever is applicable under the control of Director of Public Health and Family Welfare/ Commissioner APVVP / DME only as per GO.Ms.No.301 HM&FW (B1) Dept, dt.20.06.2020.
2.5 Marks per Six months in Tribal Area
2.0 Marks per Six months in Rural Area
1 Marks per Six months in Urban Area.
Weight age for candidates who are working on COVID DUTIES in Govt. COVID HOSPIALS appointed by the Dist. Selection Committee as per GO.Rt No.211, HM&FW (B2) Dept. dt.08.05.2021.
5 Marks per Six months
10 Marks per one year
15 Marks per One year Six months.
- IV) There will be no Interview Marks.
Remuneration: As per GO Ms No. 64 HM&FW (A1) Dept., dt: 10.06.2020.
Selection Process: Purely on Merit and follow the Rule of Reservation.
