APPSC Gazetted Posts Direct Recruitment Notification 2021-22

ANDHRA PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION: VIJAYAWADA 

NOTIFICATION NO.19/2021, Dt.16/11/2021 

It is hereby informed that the Commission has issued the following notification for filling up of the posts as detailed hereunder. The applications are invited online from the eligible candidates. 

DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO VARIOUS GAZETTED POSTS (GENERAL  / LIMITED RECRUITMENT)

  1. Applications are invited through online from eligible candidates for various Gazetted posts (Carry Forward vacancies) details are at Para 1.11.
  2. The candidate shall apply online through Commission’s  Website https://psc.ap.gov.in from 08/12/2021 to 28/12/2021 (Note: 27/12/2021 is the last date for payment of fee upto 11:59 mid night).
  3. The applicant who desires to apply for the above posts shall login the Commission’s Website, with his/her registered OTPR number. In case the candidate is applying for the first time to the posts notified by A.P.P.S.C. he/she shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission’s Website viz., https://psc.ap.gov.in Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a user ID is generated  and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID.
  4. The selection to the post shall be on the basis of Written Examination in Computer Based Recruitment Test mode conducted by the Commission. The Dates of Written Examination will be announced separately.
  5. The candidates are required to visit the Commission’s website regularly to keep themselves updated about dates of written examinations are to be held. The examination would be in objective type and questions are to be answered on computer system. Instructions regarding computer based recruitment test are attached as Annexure - III. The medium of Examination will be English only except for post code No.04. For post code 04, the medium of examination will be bilingual (English & Telugu).
  6. A general Mock Test facility is available to the applicants to acquaint themselves with the computer based recruitment test. Applicant can visit the website and practice the answering pattern under MOCK TEST option available on main page of website https://psc.ap.gov.in
  7. The applicant is required to visit the Commission’s website regularly to keep himself / herself updated until completion of the recruitment process. The Commission’s website information is final for all correspondence. No individual correspondence by any means will be entertained under any circumstances.
  8. HALL TICKETS for the written Examination will be hosted on Commission’s website for downloading. Instructions would be given through the website regarding downloading of Hall Tickets.
  9. All desirous and eligible candidates shall apply online after satisfying themselves as per the terms and conditions of this recruitment notification. Any application sent through any mode other than the prescribed online mode will not be entertained under any circumstances. Submission of application form by the candidate is considered that he / she has read the notification and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down there under.
  10. If a candidate is eligible for more than one post he/she is required to pay the fee for each post and apply for each post separately.
  11. The details of vacancies are as follows:- 

ELIGIBILITY: 

  1. i. He / She is of sound health, active habits and free from any bodily defect or infirmity rendering him/her unfit for such service:,
  2. ii. His / Her character and antecedents are such as to qualify him/her for such service:,
  3. iii. He /She possesses the academic and other qualifications prescribed for the post: and
  4. iv. He/ She is a citizen of India:

Provided that no candidate other than a citizen of India may be appointed except with the previous sanction of the State Government and except in accordance with such conditions and restrictions as they may be laid down. Such sanction shall not be accorded unless the State Government are satisfied that sufficient number of citizens of India, who are qualified and suitable are not available.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS TO VARIOUS POSTS: 

The candidate should possess the prescribed academic qualification as per the date of this notification. The date of this notification shall be the crucial date for calculating the experience including the practical experience. In respect of other than prescribed Educational Qualifications, claiming equivalence, the decision of the concerned department (Unit Officer) shall be final.

Note: If the applicant possesses an equivalence of qualification other than prescribed qualification in the Commission’s notification, applicant should produce a copy of the Government Orders to the Commission in advance within 10 days of last date for submitting applications, failing which their application will be rejected.

Must possess a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) from any recognized University of India (As per G.O.Ms.No.32, Animal Husbandry Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.I) Dept., Dated:16-04-2011)

Sericulture Officer In A.P Sericulture Service

Must possess Second Class Masters Degree in Science with Sericulture or Botany or Zoology as subjects of study or a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture from any university established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution registered by University Grants Commission.

Preference shall however be given to candidates possessing Masters Degree in Sericulture or holding post graduate diploma in Sericulture from any recognised University or Institution as an additional qualification.

Agriculture Officer In A.P Agriculture Service

Must possess a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture of a recognized University in the State or any other University Accredited by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

Divisional Accounts Officer (works) Grade –II in A.P.Works Accounts Service

 

Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in a recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or a State Act, or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualifications.

Technical Assistant (Automobile Engineering)

in A.P Police Transport Organisation

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Automobile engineering or Mechanical engineering with Automobile engineering as one of the subjects of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a central Act, Provincial Act, or a State Act or an Institution recognised by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.

ii) Must possess practical experience of not less than two years in R.T.C workshop or defence motor transport workshop or in any workshop of a motor transport manufacturing concern or a reputed work shop handling repairs and maintenance of motor vehicle or in any State Government workshop handling repairs and maintenance of motor vehicles.

iii) Must have ability to read and write one of the three languages namely Telugu, Hindi and English.

Physical measurements

  1. a) must not be less than 167.6 cm in height
  2. b) must not be less than 86.3 cm round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cm

Provided that in case of candidates belonging to Schedule Tribes and Aboriginal Tribes where the reserved quota cannot be fully utilized for want of sufficient candidates possessing the requisite physical standards the physical standards shall be as specified below.

  1. 1. Must not less than 164 cm in height and must not less than 83.80 cm round the chest on full inspiration with minimum expansion of 5 cm.
  1. 2. Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses
  1. (i) Right eye: Distance vision 6/6

Near vision : 0.5

Left eye: 6/6 snellen o.5 (snellen)

  1. (ii) Each eye must have a full field of vision
  2. (iii) Colour blindness, squint or any morbid condition of the eyes or lids of either eye, knock- knees and pigeon chest, flat foot, varicose veins, hammer toes, fractured limbs and decayed teeth shall be deemed to be disqualification.

Assistant Commissioner of Endowments in A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Service

Graduation in Law.

3 Years practice as an Advocate in High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

Candidate must profess Hindu Religion as per the Endowment Act 30/87

Assistant Director of Horticulture

Must possess M.Sc (Horticulture) with basic 4 years B.Sc, Horticulture Degree / B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Horticulture of a Recognized University in the State or any Other University Accredited by the Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi.
