INTERMEDIATE EDUCATION - AUTHORIZING THE SPECIAL COMMISSIONER OF INTERMEDIATE EDUCATION FOR CONVERSION OF WILLING PRIVATE AIDED JUNIOR COLLEGES INTO PRIVATE UNAIDED JUNIOR COLLEGES AFTER OBTAINING THE WILLINGNESS OF THE MANAGEMENT AND THEIR STAFF FOR SURRENDERING ALL THE AIDED POSTS ALONG WITH AIDED STAFF TO ISSUE INDIVIDUAL ORDERS AT HIS LEVEL TO COMPLETE THE TAKEOVER AND ABSORPTION PROCESS AS PER THE POLICY ISSUED EARLIER. NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 93 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act 1 of 1982), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby authorize the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, for issuing individual orders at his level for conversion of willing private aided junior colleges into private un-aided junior colleges duly obtaining the willingness of the management and its staff for surrendering all the aided posts along with aided staff as per the policy issued earlier vide the G.O.Ms.No.51, School Education (I.E.) Department, Dated: 17.08.2021.
Accordingly, the Special Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur, shall take necessary action in this matter.
