Part Time Guest Faculty in Telangana Junior Colleges Recruitment Notification
Telangana Higher Education Department - Intermediate Education - Permission for engaging (1,654) new Guest Faculty services on part time basis against the regular Junior Lecturer vacancies in various Government Junior Colleges in the State, under the administrative control of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad during the academic year 2021-2022 Accorded - Orders - Issued.

ORDER:
In the circumstances as stated by the Higher Education (IE) Department vide reference 4read above, Government hereby accord permission for engaging for engaging (1,654) new Guest Faculty services on part time basis against the regular Junior Lecturer vacancies in various Government Junior Colleges in the State, as shown in Annexure, appended to this order, to work under the administrative control of the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad during the academic year. 2021-2022or on actual need basis or till the actual need is ceases, whichever is earlier, subject to;
a. following the norms as prescribed for contract/outsourcing of services, issued vide reference 1st read above
b. by fixing-up the remuneration in terms of the orders issued vide references 2nd & 3rd read above, with a condition to pay the same through IFMIS_DBT Mode
c. by entering into contract agreement with the individuals.
d. by following the norms prescribed for selection of Guest Faculty, issued by the Government and also following the common Judgment of Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No's.214 & 217/2020.
The expenditure shall be debited under the Head of Account "2202 - General Education,03 University and Higher Education, 103 Government Junior Colleges and Institutions, 25- State Sector Scheme, 04-Government Junior Colleges, 280/284- Other Payments."
The Higher Education (IE) Department, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
