MDM Dry Ration Details from 23.3.2020 to 31.7.2021 for CAG Audit - Spell Wise Information

Sub: School Education-MDM- Certain information called for regarding distribution of Dry Ration from 23.03.2020 to 31.07.2021-Regarding, Ref: AG Audit enquiries
Attention of all DEOS is invited that CAG Audit is in progress in the office of the Director of School Education and the Director, Mid Day Meal. As part of that, the CAG team requires the details of distribution of dry ration. Hence, the DEOS are instructed to send the details given in proforma in Annexure-l to IV in advance and bring the details in the meeting scheduled for AD MDM on 03.09.2021 without fail.
The DEOs are further instructed that the CAG Audit team while visit the schools, MEO Offices, DEO Offices in the last week of September and instructed to keep all the records ready as per the proforma communicated in the vide Circular. R.C.No. No.ESEO2 27021760/2020-MDM-CSE, Dated: 17.08.2020 and the guidelines given from time to time regarding Dry Ration and Mid Day Meal.
