The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are invited to the references cited and it is informed that in the ref 1st cited it is instructed to send additional requirement of Jagananna Vidya Kanuka components if any and details of damaged goods information for replacement.
In the ref 2nd & 3rd cited it is instructed to furnish the additional requirement details and in the ref 4th & 5th cited it is instructed to furnish the samples as specified below. However, this office have not received any additional requirement of JVK items or replacement request of any damaged goods.
It is informed that sufficient stocks have been sent to all districts including stocks for expected increase in enrolment. However all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are instructed to verify with the field functionaries and furnish additional requirement of Jagananna Vidya Kanuka components if any and also to send details of items to be replaced if any to this office by 17.05.2021 failing which it is construed as there is no demand from the district and the concerned DEO & APC will be held responsible for further consequences.
This should be treated as most urgent.
