DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER SECTION 46 OF ANDHRA PRADESH EDUCATION ACT, 1982 (ACT 1 OF 1982) TO THE DIRECTOR OF SCHOOL EDUCATION IN RESPECT OF AIDED SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-93 of Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act 1 of 1982), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby authorizes the Director of School Education to perform the functions under Section-46 of the said Act, in respect of aided schools throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh and to monitor the performance of the aided schools closely and to take appropriate action under Section 46 of the Act.
