Online applications are invited only from the employees of certain Departments of Ward/Village Secretariat for the special session (Notification No.07/2021) to be conducted in the month of September 2021. Applications shall be received from 13/09/2021 to 17/09/2021 and the last date for payment of fee is 17.09.2021(11:59PM).

 Applications are invited ON-LINE from 13.09.2021 to 17.09.2021 for the special session of Departmental Tests certain departments of ward/village secretariat functionaries to be held from 28/09/2021 to 30/09/2021. 

APPSC Departmental Tests for Special Notification for WARD/VILLAGE SECRETARIAT Applications are invited ON-LINE from 13.09.2021 to 17.09.2021 for the special session of Departmental Tests certain departments of ward/village secretariat functionaries to be held from 28/09/2021 to 30/09/2021. Applicants primarily shall register the One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) through the Commission’s Website viz., http://psc.ap.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the Tests using the OTPR User ID through Commission's website.

The applicants, who had already generated OTPR earlier for last Departmental Tests, shall apply directly making use of the same number.

The application will be available on Commission's website (https://psc.ap.gov.in) from 13/09/2021. The last date for submission of online application is 17.09.2021 (17.09.2021 is the last date for payment of fee up to 11:59PM)
Hand written / Typed / Photostat copies / Printed Application Form will not be entertained either directly or by post or in person.

The terms and conditions are detailed hereunder following Departmental Tests Rules, 1965 and subsequent amendments to these Rules from time to time.
 
Examination Mode -  Duration of the Examination 

Objective Type Papers 2 Hours (120 Minutes) 
Conventional Type Papers 3 Hours (180 Minutes)  

SCHEME OF THE EXAMINATION:
  • (a) All the Tests, except Survey Tests will be in Objective Type in terms of G.O.Ms.No.602, G.A. (Ser-C) Department, dated.01.11.2011.
  • (b) The Survey & Settlement papers (P.C.Nos.161 and 162) will be of conventional mode.
  • (c) All the objective type papers will be held on Computer Based Departmental Tests. Instructions regarding this Computer Based Test are detailed in the Instructions Manual at Annexure -I.
  • (d) The candidates appearing for Objective Type papers may use Mock Test facility available on Commission's Website, to acquaint with the Computer Based Tests.
  • (e) The candidates appearing for Conventional Papers (Descriptive Exams) will be supplied with Bar Code sheet attached Answer Books to be answered with Blue or Black Pen.
  • (f) As per Departmental Tests Rules 1965 the maximum marks is 100 and minimum qualifying marks is 40.
  • (g) As per Departmental Tests Rules 1965 for PC.No.137 and 142, the candidate should pass both the papers at a time, required minimum qualifying mark is 40 in each pap
4 (A) ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR FOR THE TEST (S):

(i) The employees of certain Departments of Ward/Village Secretariat, Government of Andhra Pradesh are eligible to apply for the Tests that are prescribed in their respective Departmental Service Rules.
(ii) The candidates intending to apply for the following Tests should refer to their respective Departments mentioned below:

1 Sericulture Assistant Sericulture Department 32 
2 VRO Grade-II Revenue Department 18,27,43 
3 Fisheries Assistant Fisheries Department 95 
4 Engineering Assistant, Grade-II PR and RD Department 137-142 
5 Panchayat Secretary Grade-V Panchayat Raj 146&148 
6 Panchayat Secretary Grade-VI Panchayat Raj 146&148
7 Village Surveyor, Grade-III Survey, entitlement and Land Records 161,162 
8 Welfare & Education Assistant Social Welfare 170

iii) The Question Papers for Village Surveyor Grade-III will be in Telugu/English. The candidate should answer the paper in only one language either in English or Telugu. In case of non compliance (i.e., partly English or partly Telugu) the answer sheet shall be invalidated.

5. (A) FEE & PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
i) The fee for each Paper is Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) as per G.O.Ms.No.121,G.A(Ser-C) Department, Dt.17.09.2020.
ii) The applicant shall pay Rs. 500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) towards application processing fee, besides the examination fee.
