All the municipal Commissioners of 59 ULB's wherever Municipal Schools exists. 
Copy to all RDMA's in the State similarly to follow the above instructions. Copy to all the Headmasters through their respective Municipal Commissioners.
Copy to all State Academic Coordinator and School Supervisors for necessary action.
