ORDER:
The attention of all the Ex-Officio District Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the reference cited and are informed that the implementation of Bio-Metric Attendance is mandatory to IERPs, Physiotherapists and Ayahs for strengthening of Inclusive Education activities in the State duly following the COVID-19 precautions and using sanitiser after biometric attendance
Further, they are informed to instruct the Mandal Educational Officers to take necessary steps for Implementing the Bio-Metric Attendance to IERPS, Physiotherapists and Ayahs by collecting their information and submit to the district IT cell for uploading the same in the bio-metric device that are already installed at Mandal Resource Centers or nearby Government schools that is nearer to the resource center and tag their regular attendance to CSE dashboard by 09-07-2021 without fail!
Further, they are informed to instruct Head Masters to check the Bio Metric Attendance of IERPS, Ayahs and Physiotherapists and submit compliance to the concern MEOS regularly.
