ORDER:
The Attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state is invited to the reference cited that NIEPID is providing TLM Kits for intellectually disabled Children under BPL category at free of cost under ADIP Scheme.
Sri. B. V. Ram Kumar, Director (Offg.), NIEPID Campus, Hasmathpet Road, Manovikas Nagar, Boweenpally, Secunderabad - 500009 requested to furnish the information of Children with intellectually disabled beneficiaries list under BPL category including all categories (OC, BC, SC & ST) along with necessary documents as mentioned below:
- Disability Certificate (Photo Copy)
- Aadhaar Card (Photo Copy)
- Community Certificate (Photo Copy).
- Income Certificate (Photo Copy)
- Study certificate (Original)
- Passport size photograph-2 Nos
Hence, all the District Educational Officers & Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are instructed to furnish the above information (Hard and Soft copies) by 22-07-2021 to Sri. B. V. Ram Kumar, Director (Offg.). NIEPID Campus, Hasmathpet Road, Manovikas Nagar, Boweenpally, Secunderabad 500009 directly duly extending a copy to this office for getting maximum benefit of TLM kits in the State.
