ORDER:
The following notification will be published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated.23.07.2021.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-93 of Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982(Act 1 of 1982), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby authorize the Commissioner of Collegiate Education to perform the functions under Section-46 of the said Act in respect of Aided Degree Colleges throughout the State of Andhra Pradesh.
The Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action to monitor the performance of the Aided Degree Colleges closely and to take appropriate action under Section-46 of the Act.
