In the reference 2nd cited, all Departments have agreed in principle to incorporate Credit Based Assessment System (CBAS) in the Service Rules of their Functionaries while declaring Probation and the details of the CBAS as follows:

1. అన్ని లైను డిపార్ట్మెంట్లు కూడా సచివాలయం ఉద్యోగుల ప్రొబేషన్ డిక్లరేషన్ కొరకు క్రెడిట్ బేస్డ్ అసెస్మెంట్ సిస్టం(CBAS) ను వారి వారి సర్వీస్ రూల్స్ లో చేర్చడానికి అంగీకరించడం జరిగింది.

 2. CBAS పరీక్షలో మొత్తం రెండు పేపర్లు ఉంటాయి.

Paper-1 Subjects: 65

a. Department related subjects 
b. Govt Schemes and services of their department

• పేపర్ -1 మొత్తం 65 క్రెడిట్ లకు ఉంటుంది.
• పేపర్-1 లో ఉండే సబ్జెక్టు లు 
• a. డిపార్ట్మెంట్ కి సంబంధించి మరియు
• b. ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు, సర్వీసులకు సంబంధించి ఉంటాయి.

Paper-II Subjects: 35

c. Subordinate Service Rules /APCCA Rules /Leave Rules/Fundamental Rules etc...
d. Digital Services/Digital Literacy
e. Communication/soft/leadership Skills

• పేపర్ -2 మొత్తం 35 క్రెడిట్ లకు ఉంటుంది.
• పేపర్-2 లో ఉండే సబ్జెక్టు లు
• c. సర్వీస్ రూల్స్ / APCCA రూల్స్ / లీవ్ రూల్స్ / ఫండమెంటల్ రూల్స్ / ఇతరములు..
• d. Digital literacy / Digital Services
• e. కమ్యూనికేషన్ / సాఫ్ట్ / లీడర్ షిప్ స్కిల్స్

Further in the reference 2nd cited, it is communicated that the examination for the subjects a) Department related b) Government Schemes and services of their Department would be conducted by the respective Departments and for the subjects c) Subordinate Service Rules/APCCA Rules/ Leave Rules /Fundamental Rules etc., d) Digital Services/ Digital Literacy e) Communication/Soft/leadership Skills would be conducted by the GVWV&VSWS Department.

However, having a Nodal Department (GVWV&VSWS Department) to conduct examination for all the candidates for all subjects in a single sitting would avoid redundant expenditure on infrastructure, logistics, security arrangements etc.,

In view of the above it has been decided that the GVWV&VSWS Department shall conduct online examination for both the Papers-I & II (Subjects: a to e) of CBAS through a reputed agency which is conducting examinations to the APPSC and other National Institutions.

పేపర్-1,  పేపర్-2 పరీక్షలను గ్రామం వార్డు సచివాలయ శాఖ అందరి సచివాలయ ఉద్యోగులకు నిర్వహించును.

In this regard the examination will be conducted in a single sitting for a candidate on a day, and duration of the examination will be 90 minutes and the pattern of examination as follows:

• పరీక్ష అనేది ఒక రోజులోనే పూర్తి అవుతుంది. పేపర్-1 లో ఉన్నటువంటి 65 ప్రశ్నలకు 65మార్కులు, పేపర్-2  లో ఉన్నటువంటి 35 ప్రశ్నలకు 35 మార్కులు మొత్తంగా 100 ప్రశ్నలకు 100 మార్కులకు గాను పరీక్ష 90 నిముషాలు లో పూర్తి చెయ్యాలి.

If any Department wants to conduct practical examination they may be apportioned Paper-1, 65 marks between Theory &Practical and same may be informed to this Department.

The setting of Question Paper for both the papers will be entrusted to the APPSC and after conducting of examination the individual scores of the candidates will be intimated to the concerned Line Department for declaring of Probation to Village/Ward Secretariats Functionaries.

The tentative dates for conducting examination will be in between 11th September 2021 to 17th September 2021. తుది పరీక్ష తేదీలు 11/9/2021 నుంచి 17/9/2021.

Therefore, the Line Departments are requested to make a note of changed Scenario for conducting examination and requested to:

• Furnish the syllabus for Paper-I (a & b of CBAS) to GVWV&VSWS Department by 26.07.2021 without fail. If any training material available may also be furnished  - సంబంధిత శాఖ పేపర్-1  కు సంబంధించి సిలబస్ను తేదీ 26/7/2021 లోపు గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయ శాఖకు పంపవలసి ఉంటుంది. ట్రైనింగ్ మెటీరియల్స్ ఉన్నట్లయితే వాటిని కూడా పంపించవలసిన ఉంటుంది.
• To complete trainings for all the candidates on or before 06.09.2021 -
• ప్రతి గ్రామ వార్డు సచివాలయ సిబ్బందికి ట్రైనింగ్ అనేది తేదీ 6/9/2021 లోపు పూర్తి చేయాలి.

ముఖ్య గమనిక: RoC.No60/D/2021 Dt.22/07/2021 ఉన్న నెంబరు కి నేరుగా కాల్అ చేయరాదు. అతి త్వరలోనే జిల్లా ల వారీగా helpline నెంబరు లు ఇవ్వబడతాయి.
