The attention of all the RJDSES and DEOS in the state is invited to the reference cited and informed that, without taking permission from the concerned authorities, certain unauthorized constructions were made viz. water plants / Grama Sachivalayams / Raitu Bazars and other constructions in the premises of Primary Schools / Upper Primary / High Schools.
That challenging said action, certain court cases were filed before the Hon'ble High court, wherein Hon'ble court directed not to make unauthorized constructions. Further complaints representations were received from various stake holders with a request to take necessary action on un-authorized construction.
In view of the above, duly keeping in view of the observations made by the Hon'ble High court, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are hereby directed to immediately verify and take appropriate steps on such un-authorized Ole-put wo constructions as per rules and directed to file counter affidavits (in pending WP's) in all those court cases duly in consultation with concerned Mandal Revenue Officer, duly safeguarding the interests of the 19980 Government.
Further, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are requested to submit action taken report on related WP's/representations to the Director of School Education, so that same may be submitted to court at the time of hearing to avoid legal complications.
This has got the approval of the Director of School Education. This reference should be treated as "Most Urgent".
