ORDER:
All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the Hon'ble High Court has dismissed certain W.Ps on 25-01-2021 and 15-02 2021 and also issued dismissal orders on 01-04-2021 in Writ Appeals filed by the teachers who are working in the schools located in municipal area and obtained stay orders for continuing in the same schools even though completed 8 years of service.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to file counter affidavit on the cases which are not covered so far with regard to merging of teachers working in Govt./ MPP / ZPP Schools situated in Municipalities Municipal Corporations immediately duly highlighting the dismissal orders of the Hon'ble High Court in similar WPS and Writ Appeals in consultation with LMC of this office /G.P. for Services-III immediately, to avoid further legal complications in the matter.
This has got the approval of the Director of School Education, A.P.. Amaravati.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
