ORDER:
It is informed that under Mana Badi Nadu Nedu Phase-l a total 15715 school were taken up to improve the infrastructure in Government schools with a Budget allotment of an amount of Rs.3669 crores. The works taken up are nearing completion.
Further, instructions were issued in the video conferences and in circular vide references 1st and 2nd cited to the Parents committees and Mandal Engineers to prepare working estimates and prepare Expenditure statements and to complete the components (works) and close the ongoing school projects. While preparing working Estimates, the parents committees and Mandal Engineers have revised the estimates by taking into account the actual work done and the items of work to be completed and are now seeking revised administrative sanctions.
In reference 1stcited above, instructions were issued to issue administrative sanction up to 10% over and above the upper ceilings fixed in STMS for each category of schools, at the District level. Instructions were issued in the weekly video conference to send proposals exceeding 10% over and above the upper ceiling limits to DSE for approval of revised estimates.
After careful examination of the proposals for revision of administrative sanction beyond the 10% upper ceiling limit are now received through STMS software Administrative sanction is hereby accorded for and amount of Rs.117056768 /-( Rupees Eleven crores seventy lakhs fifty six thousand seven hundred and sixty eight only) for 627 number of schools, which are covering upto 15% excess in the proposals submitted by Mandal Engineers through STMS software.
Therefore, the concerned executing agencies are here by requested to complete the works immediately and close the school projects.
