ORDER:
The Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kakinada is informed that the Government vide reference 1st read above have issued orders for conversion of the posts of Deputy Inspector of Schools as Mandal Educational Officers. Accordingly, the then Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P. vide reference 2nd read above had issued necessary instructions to the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kakinada stating that the existing Deputy Inspector of Schools, Eluru (Urban) and Bhimavaram have been re-designated as Mandal Educational Officer, Achanta and Thallapudi. But, the instructions with regard to re-designating Deputy Inspector of Schools, Eluru (Urban) and Bhimavaram as Mandal Educational Officer, Achanta and Thallapudi were not implemented and explicit reasons are not explained for non implementation.
Now, the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kakinada vide reference 3rd read above has submitted a report requesting to sanction regular Mandal Educational Officer posts to the revenue mandals of Achanta and Thallapudi duly converting the existing Deputy Inspector of Schools, Eluru (Urban) and Bhimavaram,
In view of the above, after careful examination of the proposal, keeping in view of necessity and exigencies of work and in terms of orders issued by the Government and for effective monitoring and supervision on implementing the schemes programmes, the Director of School Education, A.P., hereby accord permission to the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kakinada convert the existing Deputy inspector of Schools, Eluru (Urban) and Bhimavaram as Mandal Educational Officers and to shift as MEO, Achanta and Thallapudi of West Godavari District respectively.
The Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kakinada is requested to implement the above orders and submit compliance.
