GVWV & VSWS Department - Establishment of Common Service Centers in the Village/Ward Secretariats - Training on services offered through Commons Service Centers to Panchayat Secretaries Grade VI ( Digital Assistants) & Ward Education and Data Processing secretaries - communication of District wise online session schedule - Reg.
Ref: Instructions of the Special Chief Secretary to Government, GVWV&VSWS Department.
Government established GVWV & VSWS Department to monitor and to strengthen the service delivery at the doorstep of citizens and established 15004 Village / Ward Secretariats and positioned 2.64 Lakh Volunteers and appointed 1.34 Lakh functionaries. At present 542 plus services pertaining to 32 Departments are delivering through Village/ Ward Secretariats and to further strengthen the service delivery the Government is going to establish Common Service Centres in all Village/ ward Secretariats.
Vide reference cited the Special Chief Secretary to Government, GVWV&VSWS Department has issued instructions to train the all Panchayat Secretaries Grade VI ( Digital Assistants) & Ward Education and Data Processing secretaries on Services offered through Common Service centres.
Accordingly, CSC E- Governance India Ltd, Vijayawada is conducting the online training session ( through CISCO Webex) on services offered through Common Service centres and District wise schedule and training link is attached in the annexure. All Joint collectors (VWS&D) are requested to instruct all the Panchayat Secretaries Grade VI ( Digital Assistants) / Ward Education & Data processing secretaries, District coordinators, Assistant District Coordinators, Town Coordinators and GSWS District Technical Team to attend the above online CSC training session as per schedule without fail.
