Survey on availability of technology to Students in Government schools.
This form is need to be filled by teachers or headmasters, to understand the status of technology availability to students to take necessary action to go further on students education - Please fill the details of the students by selecting class. for each time 10 records can be submitted.
మన ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలలో 1 నుండి 10 తరగతులు చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు అందుబాటులో ఉన్న సాంకేతిక అంశాలు / వనరులు (స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్, టి.వి, కంప్యూటర్, లాప్టాప్, ట్యాబ్) తెలుసుకొనుటకు రాష్ట్ర సమగ్ర శిక్ష వారు సర్వే కొరకు ఒక గూగుల్ ఫామ్ పంపారు.
కనుక జిల్లాలోని ప్రతి ప్రాధమిక, ప్రాధమికోన్నత మరియు ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలలో చదువుతున్న అందరు విద్యార్థులకు సంబంధించిన కోరిన సమాచారాన్ని ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయులు సి. ఆర్. పి. ల సహకారం తో ఇవ్వబడిన గూగుల్ ఫామ్ https://forms.gle/unYL9nNUVc1tr3WV9 ద్వారా తేది. 29-5-2021 సాయంత్రం 4:00 ల లోపు ఖచ్చితంగా సబ్మిట్ చేయవలయును.
గూగుల్ ఫామ్ లో ఏమి అడిగి ఉన్నారో ముందుగానే తెలియజేస్తున్నాము. కావున విద్యార్థులు కలిగి ఉన్న సాంకేతిక వనరుల వివరాలను ముందుగానే తెలుసుకొని తదుపరి గూగుల్ ఫామ్ ద్వారా సమాచారాన్ని పంపవలయును. ముఖ్యంగా తెలియజేయునది పాఠశాలలోని మొత్తం విద్యార్థులను తరగతుల వారీగా ఉపాధ్యాయులందరికీ విభజించి కేటాయించినట్లయితే సులభంగా, తొందరగా పని పూర్తి చేయగలరు. రెండు సార్లు రిపీట్ కాకూడదు.
ఈ విషయం పై ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలలో జిల్లా ఉప విధాశాఖధికారులు, ప్రాధమిక మరియు ప్రాధమికోన్నత పాఠశాలలలో మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు మానిటరింగ్ చేసి నిర్ణీత సమయంలో పూర్తి చేయించవలయును. అందరు కూడా సి. ఆర్. పి. ల సహకారం తో పూర్తి చేయవలయును.
