ORDER:
In the reference 5th read above, the CEO, Dr. YSR AHCT, Mangalagiri has furnished the proposal for inclusion of "Post COVID With Mucor Mycosis Management" under Dr YSR Aarogyasri Scheme as recommended by the Expert Committee along with the mandatory investigations and Treatment
Protocol in view of raise in the no. of cases of Post COVID with Mucor mycosis due to Comorbid conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, prolonged usage of high dose steroids, immunosuppressant patients.
Government after careful examination of the proposal of the CEO, Dr.YSRAHCT, hereby include the procedure of “Post COVID with Mucor Mycosis Management” under Dr YSR Aarogyasri Scheme with the following guidelines:
a. The details of the New procedure:
b. Further suggested to raise additional preauthorization if there is need for additional surgical intervention under the following existing packages under the scheme.
c. For the drugs, Liposomal “Amphotericin B” and “Posaconazole”, cost shall be paid based on MRP submitted by the Hospitals along with bill and drug photos duly showing vial along with the Bar code.
The expenditure on the above, shall be met from the allotted funds to the YSRAHCT under Aarogya Sri Scheme.
The orders issued shall come into force with immediate effect.
The CEO, Dr YSRAHCT, Mangalagiri shall take necessary accordingly.
This orders issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department, vide their U.O.No.IN01-FMU0MISC/193/2021-FMU-MFW(C.No.1412221), Dated. 19/05/2021.
