CFMS Phase-II- Implementation of HCM Module in select Departments from the Salary of May 2021 Payable on 01-06-202 Immediate upload of Service rules and Confirmation of payroll data by DDOs-Request-Reg.
All the DDOs in the above departments have to confirm payroll data of the employees in the screen to be opened w.e.f. 04-05-2021 in the DDO REQ login of HRMS. Departmental service rules also need to be uploaded in the given tool (www.ap finance.apcfss.in). Hence, CEO, APCFSS request you to issue instructions to all the DDOS under your control to confirm payroll data of all the employees under the control of each DDO by 17-05-2021 positively. CEO, APCFSS also request you to kindly share telephone numbers of all the DDOS of your Dept. by 04-05-2021 to mail id "hemservicerules@gmail.com" for creating a group for two way communication between APCFSS (HCM) team and the DDOS.
