ORDER:
In continuation of the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above and based on the representations received from certain Headmasters in the state it has been decided that all such requests should be admitted provisionally based on a self-declaration by the student/parent and Headmaster in case of Government School. Headmaster and Correspondent in case of a private aided and unaided school. After admitting the candidates. DEOS may take up a thorough verification through MEOS or designated verification officers i.e., DYEOS or Headmasters Grade II of those high schools other than the schools that are submitting the proposals.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are here by requested to submit excel soft copy & signed copy with DEO covering letter on or before 21.04.2021 without fail. Top priority should be given to this item of work. Any lapses in this regard will be viewed seriously.
This has approval of Director, School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi.
