Opening of PF Accounts to Teachers and Employees of ULBs in the State - Certain Instructions Issued - 14 Reminder - Regarding Roc.No.11021/112/2020/E1, dated 07.04.2021.

The attention of the Commissioners of the all ULBs in the state s invited to the references cited and it is to Inform that, in the reference 15 cted certain instruction have been issued for opening of PF Accounts to the Municipal Teachers and Employees working in Urban Local Bodies in the State who were appointed prior to 01-09-2004 and covered 010 salaries, should be updated by 10-11-2020 as suggested by the DTA authorities and report compliance to this office in the matter. But, any report has not been received to this office so far from Municipal Commissioners.
2. Further, it is to inform that, in the 2 references cited certain Teachers and Union Leaders have requested the authorities in several times, to take immediate action for opening of PF Accounts to the Teachers and Employees who are working in Urban Local Bodies in the State as carly as possible. Further, they also requested to take necessary action for crediting of their monthly subscription to their PF Accounts which was credited to savings accounts of Municipalities concerned
3. Therefore, the Commissioners of all the ULBS in the state are once again requested to bestow their personal attention and ensure all the PF Accounts of the Teachers and Employees working in Urban Local Bodies in the State, who were appointed prior to 01-09-2004 and covered under 010 salaries, should be update by 12.04.2021 as suggested ty the DTA authorities duiy following instruction sued vide reference 1st cited and report compliance in the matter without fall.
4. Further, all the RDMAS in the State are once again requested to guide the Commissioners in their region in this regard and ensure the above directions are complied with by the Commissioners in the State without any deviation
5. This shall be treated as MOST URGENT.
