ORDER:
The State Election Commissioner has issued notification on 01.04.2021 resuming the election process of MPTCs and ZPTCs from the stage where it has stopped earlier.
In
the circumstances stated by the State Election Commissioner, A.P., Vijayawada
in the reference read above, the Government after careful consideration hereby
authorise all the District Collectors in the State to declare local holiday on
08.04.2021 for the public and Private Under takings/ Firms located in their respective
districts to facilitate employees working in those organisations to exercise
their franchise in connection with MPTC/ZPTCs Elections.
