ORDER:-
Government have decided to transfer the subject matter “University Education as it relates to B.Ed., M.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed” which is currently under the control of the School Education Department to the Higher Education Department.
Accordingly, Government hereby transfer the subject matter of “University Education as it relates to B.Ed., M.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed” from the School Education Department to the Higher Education Department.
Necessary amendment to the Second Schedule of the Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules, 2018 will be issued separately.
The School Education Department and the Higher Education Department shall take necessary action accordingly.

ORDER:
In the G.O. read above, the subject matter of “University Education as it relates to B.Ed., M.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed” have been transferred from the School Education Department to the Higher Education Department.
In the exercise of powers conferred by the clauses (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Government Business Rules, 2018:-
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules, in II. Second Schedule, “Distribution of Subjects”, (a) In IV. Services Sector, at Chapter No. IV.2. Human Resource Development Department in A. School Education Department, under I. State Subjects, under Sub-Heading 6.Other Matters, the entry at Serial No. (22) “University Education- As it relates to B.Ed., M.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed.,” shall be omitted.
(b) In IV. Services Sector, at Chapter No.IV.2. Human Resource Development Department in B. Higher Education Department, under I. State Subjects, under Sub-Heading 6.Other Matters, after the entry at Serial No. (10), the following shall be added , namely, -
“(11). University Education – As it relates to B.Ed., M.Ed., B.P.Ed., M. P. Ed.”
