Sub: School Education - Jagananna Gorumudda scheme - Toilet Maintenance Fund Training (TMF) - Certain instructions - issued -Regarding

ORDER:
The District Educational Officers are aware that the master trainers (comprising of Asst Directors(MDM), Mandal Educational Officers (MESS), Head Masters (HMs), CRPS and Ayahs) have been trained by Sulab International Academy of Environmental Sanitation and Public Health, New Delhi in Vijayawada from 23n to 25h March under Toilet Maintenance Fund. Now the District Educational Officers are instructed to conduct the District level training and Mandal level trainings under the TMF and the following instructions are given:
- ఏప్రిల్ 1, 2021 నాటికి జిల్లా స్థాయి శిక్షణఉంటుంది.*
- యాప్ / డాష్ బోర్డ్‌లో ప్రావీణ్యం ఉన్న ఎంఇఒ, ఒకసిఆర్‌పి, ఓక హెచ్‌ఎం, ప్రతి మండలం నుంచి ఒక ఆయా జిల్లా శిక్షణకు ఆహ్వానించబడాలి.
- ఈ శిక్షణ పొందినవారు (జిల్లా స్థాయిలో శిక్షణ పొందినవారు) మండల స్థాయి శిక్షకులు అవుతారు.www.gsrmaths.in
- మండల స్థాయి శిక్షణలు 2021, ఏప్రిల్ 10 లోపు పూర్తి చేయాలి*
- .పాఠశాల స్థాయి శిక్షకులు టాయిలెట్ నిర్వహణ కమిటీలు, తల్లిదండ్రుల కమిటీలు, విద్యార్థులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులందరికీ వారి పాఠశాలలో శిక్షణ ఇస్తారు. 2021 ఏప్రిల్ 20 లోపు పూర్తి చేయాలి.*
i. A District level training will be conducted by April 1 2021.
ii. The Master trainers will impart training to the Mandal trainers who are to be called for the District training.
iii. MEO, One CRP, One HM, One Teacher who is well versed in App /Dash board and one Ayah from each mandal are to be invited to the district training. These Trainees ( who got training at district level) will become the Mandal Level Trainers.
iv. These Mandal Level Trainers will train all the HMs, Educational Assistants of village / ward, One/Two Nominee of the parents committee, designated teacher and Ayah of the schools in each mandal and to be trained both theoretical and practical aspect of toilet maintenance. These trainees (who got training in mandal level training) will become the School Level Trainers. The mandal level trainings should be completed by April 10, 2021.
v. These School level trainers shall conduct trainings for all the members of the Toilet Maintenance Committees, Parents Committees, Students, Teachers in their School level and to be completed by April 201, 2021.
vi. A module will be developed in the "Jagananan Gorumudda" App (IMMS app) for uploading the status of trainings, participants details, photos related to trainings. The concerned officials shall promptly upload the details and photos in the app on the same day to verify the status of the trainings
vii. COVID Precautionary measures have to be taken with utmost care viii. The fund for training may be met from the District Toilet Maintenance Fund as per the existing guidelines/SSR rates.
All the District Educational Officers are instructed to take necessary action in this regard.
