విశాఖపట్నం,తూర్పుగోదావరి, కృష్ణా, గుంటూరు, నెల్లూరు, చిత్తూరు, కడప, కర్నూలు, అనంతపురం జిల్లాలకు చెందిన కొందరు భాషాపండితులు  జీవో 77 ను రద్దు చేసి జీవో 91ని అమలు చేసి స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్ లుగా పదోన్నతులు కల్పించాలని కోరిన దృష్ట్యా....

ఈ విషయమై అనేక కోర్ట్ కేసులు పెండింగ్ లో ఉన్నందున... జీవో 77 ను రద్దు చేయాలనే వారి కోరిక తీర్చటం ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితులలో సాధ్యపడదని వారికి తెలియజేయవలసిందిగా ఆయా DEO లను కోరుతూ పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖ ఒక మెమో జారీ చేసింది.

While enclosing the copies of the references read above along with its enclosures, the District Educational Officer, East Godavari, Chittoor, Guntur, Krishna, Nellore, Ananthapuram, Kadapa, Visakhapatnam and Kurnool districts are requested to issue speaking orders to the individuals in their jurisdiction duly stating that upgraded Language Pandit posts sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.91 dt 17-12-2018 with direction to fill up the posts through promotions. Accordingly, Government have issued G.O.Ms.No.77 dated 30-10-2019 and promotions were taken up in November, 2019, as per rules. 

Further, various court cases on this issue are pending at Hon'ble High Court. Hence, their request to cancel G.O.Ms.No.77 dated 30-10-2019 is not feasible at this juncture.

This has the approval of the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati.
