Sub:- School Education - Aided Schools - Request for extending medical facility to the teaching and non-teaching staff working in Aided Schools by issuing Health cards on par with Govt. teachers & Govt.employees - information - requested - reg.

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers (except Ananthapur, Chittoor, Vizianagaram and East Godavari) is invited to the references read above and they are informed that, an excel format in soft copy of the proforma which is specified by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Y.S.R.Aarogyasri Health Care Trust for providing health cards to the aided staff is mailed to them with a request to furnish the data in the proforma appended to the mail Except Ananthapur, Chittoor, Vizianagaram and East Godavari none have submitted the details of the Aided staff to this office which leads to the difficulties in furnishing replies to the LCQ/LAQ and answering the public representatives.
Therefore, the District Educational Officers (except Ananthapur, Chittoor, Vizianagaram and East Godavari) are hereby instructed to depute the Assistant Director concerned to this office along with the details as requested in the proforma (which was already mailed) both in hard and soft copies on or before 31.03.2021 without fail.
